Week 1: Your Clean-Eating Food List

In the many years we’ve worked with clients to help them clean up their diets, we’ve noticed that sometimes people fear that clean eating will be ‘boring’ or tedious —so they often  resist making the change. Though we understand the very real fear of boring food, we’re here to promise that you will be anything but bored—and you won’t have to spend countless hours in the kitchen, either!

In fact, we’ve found that most people actually start to enjoy their time in the kitchen—and a  greater variety of foods—after making a switch to cleaner eating.

So this week, to help you break through any resistance or fear that might be hanging around, we’re sharing our Eat Clean Food List with you. One glance and you’ll see that there are plenty of delicious options available to you.

If you’re not sure where to go from here, don’t sweat it; you don’t have to overhaul your entire diet in a single day. The point of the food list is just to get you started. Choosing certain foods from the list to replace some of the prepared or processed foods in your diet is a great way to get your feet wet.
