Bone Broth Protein Banana Nut Bread
*Serves: 6-8
You’ll need:
4 eggs
3 medium, overly-ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup honey
¼ cup full-fat, canned coconut milk
Tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 ¼ cups almond flour
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup vanilla bone broth protein powder
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg, banana, honey, coconut, and vanilla in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures, stirring until well-incorporated. Pour the mixture into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

Bone Broth Protein Almond Cacao Energy Balls
*Serves: 6-8
You’ll need:
1 cup almond butter
½ cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ tsp sea salt
1 cup oats
1 cup vanilla bone broth protein powder
½ cup cacao nibs
Whisk together almond butter, honey, vanilla, and sea salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Combine both mixtures, stirring until well-incorporated. Use a spoon to scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Bone Broth Protein Pecan Pie Energy Balls
*Serves: 6-8
You’ll need:
1 ¼ cups pecans
¾ cup vanilla bone broth protein powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1 cup dates, halved and pitted
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place pecans in a food processor and pulse until the pieces are fine. Add protein powder and sea salt, and pulse until well-combined. Add dates, honey, oil and vanilla, and process until combined and sticky. Use a spoon to scoop out golf ball-sized portions and form into ball shapes. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Bone Broth Protein Carrot Cake
*Serves: 10
You’ll need:
1 cup dates, halved and pitted
½ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
¼ tsp sea salt
¾ cup plain or vanilla bone broth protein powder
1 ½ cups shredded carrots
½ cup walnut pieces
1 ½ cups oats
¾ cups raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line an eight-by-eight baking dish with parchment paper. In the blender, combine dates, coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon, and blend until mixture is smooth.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, sea salt, and protein powder together until well-combined. Add date mixture and whisk to combine. Then, add remaining ingredients and stir until well-combined. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the outside of the cake is golden brown.

Bone Broth Protein Pecan Fig Bars
*Serves: 4
You’ll need:
1 cup dried figs
1 cup almond butter
1 Tbsp flax meal
½ cup plain or vanilla bone broth protein powder
2 Tbsp raw honey
Line an eight-by-eight baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until dough starts to form into a ball. Press the dough evenly into the baking pan and refrigerate for two hours, or until bars set. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.

Bone Broth Protein Blueberry Macadamia Nut Bars
*Serves: 8-10
You’ll need:
1 cup coconut butter, melted
1⁄2 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄8 tsp sea salt
1⁄2 cup dried blueberries
1⁄2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
4 scoops plain bone broth protein powder
** add 3 Tbsp water for consistency, as needed
Whisk together butter, honey, vanilla, and sea salt. Add protein powder and combine well. Then add remaining ingredients and mix until well-combined. (Add water as needed if mixture is dry.) Press the mixture evenly into the baking pan and refrigerate for one to two hours. Cut into bars to serve. Store in an airtight container.

Bone Broth Protein Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
*Serves: 8
You’ll need:
1 ½ cups almond butter
¼ cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ cup plain or chocolate bone broth protein powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Stir together almond butter, honey, vanilla, and sea salt. Add protein powder and combine well.
Stir in chocolate chips. Use a spoon to scoop out golf ball-sized portions of the mixture. Form into balls and refrigerate for two hours.
