Week 5: The Formula For A Perfect Smoothie, Every Time

I’m like a mad scientist in the kitchen. Give me some ingredients, a sharp knife, and a blender and I’ll play around for hours!

One of my favorite things to create? Smoothies. These drinkable snacks (or meals) are a great way to pack in some nutrition when you don’t have time to sit down for a meal—or just want to sip on something tasty! And guess what? I’m talkin’ about veggies here.

If you’ve had a bad experience with trying to get some greens or other produce into your blend, I’m here to promise you it can be done successfully. All you need is a little creativity and know-how. I may not be able to help you much with the creativity piece right now, but I’ve totally got you covered on the second part.
