He’s also the co-founder of Ancient Nutrition and the author of Eat Dirt.

"Using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese and Aryuvedic Medicine as my guides, I approach my health as naturally as possible. Here is one of my favorites: When my skin needs some extra TLC, I use a natural, essential oil-based solution made with tea tree oil and Helichrysum oil (which comes from a Mediterranean flowering plant known for its antioxidant properties) to soothe it.
